Learning a bit of patience is a pretty good attribute to have on this world... Just try it :)

Hi, the reason it wouldn't start is because you need another player holding down the sword to lock in the character. Actually you accidentally activated the developer mode...
You need at least 2 players, and each one can lock their characters by placing their controls on top of them, and then moving until a bar fills up.
You need at least 2 players and the controls are in the description.
