I'm ready to work with you as a team. I am good at drawing pixel 2D drawings, I can make a background or sprite, also I have few examples of my work. 

I'm from Russia, but I don't think this will interfere with the development. Can I work with you?

I can cooperate with you. I can draw a not badly pixel arts and simple 2D graphic. I also work with Construct 2 easily.

But I live in Russia, so our time zones may interfere with the development a little (albeit slightly). Can I join the development?
