Your artworks are great!
I'm been working on map for quite some time, and here is some points i would like to share:
* character sprites should have climbing frames, currently, there are only four: upwards, downwards, left side, right side. Since your tilesheet comprises ladders, i think better include this.
*Some tiles are extremely hard to be recognizable for anything possible use. And i can't find reference on any available image examples. Really hope there are more examples.
