When he grabs you while standing up and holds you (close to his face), just struggle down like 4 or something times (the animation of you struggling needs to finish) and let the yellow bar run out and it should trigger

the key is in the dragon's stomach to the left

 the book minigame has nothing to do with the cage

its below the bones, click directly on the screwdriver and you need to use the screwdriver on the wallpaper for some reason

use the screwdriver to open the door in the middle and get the sock, use the sock on the bones to get an item then use it on the fish bowl

if you use the scissors on the board with the note, theres a safe behind it with a code you can get from the final page on on the note, in that safe there is a book and when the lights are off theres a drawing on the right wall that can only be accessed once the girl moves right infront of you. this gave me a "stage clear" but it does not seem to affect anything
