Is there a way to continue with my act 1 saves, or do I just have to restart?

She only shows up at arc 1

Why does it say not supported on my old save files? I have always played on the browser only because I haven't been able to transfer my save to game when I actually download it. What should I do I still haven't fully finished act 1. The reason I can't transfer the data is because every time I press on upload to itch nothing happens. I even deleted lots of my save files ingame to lower the amount mb. I usually download all my save data den import it every time I play on browser.
