Yo dudeee. It might be your anti-virus mistaking the file. This was happening to me too, and all I had to do was turn if off to do some stuff.
If you can, open your anti-virus and check for any recent blocks or anything. If you see seiyuu danshi in there, then you know it made a mistake. If you don't see it, try this out anyway.
Delete the files, and re-download them with your anti-virus off. Keep it off to test the game and if it works then add the files to the exclusions/exceptions of your anti-virus. Then you can turn it back on. Hope this helps!!
