Thank you for the update! I'm sorry to hear it was such a busy week. Awesome hearing news about the many research and resources, the developing game sounds exciting!
If this helps, a good example of a yandere is Toma from Amnesia, Lizzie from OMG!, various guys from Diabolik Lovers such as Kanato, Masato from MOSHI, KONO SEKAI NI KAMISAMA GA IRU TO SURU NARABA (masato is tw for incest, and all these guys are tw for gore and disturbing behaviour). In the game Obey Me, some of the demon guys show hints of a yandere side like Asmodeus for example. There's also the mc from Happy Sugar Life, she's a bona fide yandere archetype.
Tbh i forgot a few of the ones I know so i google searched to remember my sources.
Hananoi kun is like the more sfw version as he's mainly deeply insecure and is trapped between wanting to control the mc because he doesn't want to use her, and learning to value her feelings instead of forcing his abandonment trauma onto the mc. Sorry, i forgot the rest but there's some great forums discussing yanderes in otome, anime/manga
This was awesome. Cool seeing what mind maps look like. As for the setting, if fantasy I am seeing that alternative medieval worlds that bring in architecture from continents that aren't Europe are quite cool. To be honest, I don't really mind which setting you choose, it's cool seeing something new though.
Wish you all the best!
This entity really did embody chaos in an incredible way. Man, she terrified me. Her design and the glitching music suits the game so well; and her eyes are like portals into pure madness. Really good game. Interesting how she calls out the mc for their sense of 'superiority' over others. cool game!
also loove the norse mythology reference
watched a lets play and wow. brilliant game, deeply uncomfortable yet understandable characters and plot. AI is a mystery indeed. Her extreme attachment to YUUNA and how that side of her manifests raises many questions of who created her and why Yuuna?
Yuuna feels very real also, as a girl who clings onto her blorbo to survive. it do be that rough sometimes.
it's about enjoying a season of college with some friends. there's 3 love interests, an initial personality quiz and quite a few choices in the game, so i believe it's an interactive visual novel style game. hopefully the devs can explain better than i have.
they call the game 'amare' which is a form of dating sims game that is more flexible than 'otome' (romances with a female main character and multiple love interests over a linear storyline.)
