Yep and I get the same thing every time. X is good friends with Y, X hangs out in Y's clique, nothing about who specifically is doing the bullying.

Sorry to bump this kind of dead thread but I'm having this same issue as well. It shows me the notification that one of my idols is being bullied but it won't tell me who and I don't know how to find out. All gossip leads to the same dating stuff and I'm not close with half of my idols because they're all really new to the group so I can't ask them. :/
I don't know if the star symbol broke it or something but it was fine at first, then as he kept talking, it sort of fell apart.
Edit: I found another bug! One of my idols graduated and found a successor, but it seems that another idol of mine has confused the successor with the graduated one. Even when I hover over the profile, it shows me the stats of the graduated idol.
So with the 9.0 update and forward, the relationship system was entirely reworked and you can read more about it here if you haven't updated or have been MIA.
I used to be able to talk with my idols and gossip and figure out who's dating and who isn't, blah blah blah, but all my relationships have been reset to 0 with the new system. I've leveled up to level 1 friendship and even level 2, but my idols refuse to gossip or snitch to me about others who are clearly dating, bullying the rest, etc.
I guess I just want to know how high my level should be with them before trying to engage in conversation about the group? I know in the older versions, it would give you a notification if an idol "liked" you but it unfortunately doesn't do that anymore.
Thanks!
Apologies in advance if someone else suggested this already but maybe add the option to outsource choreographers and producers on singles? It might be more of a k-pop thing but very often, groups will outsource producers/choreographers to work with their idols on songs, lyrics, dances etc. It would just boost specific demographics like any other option when creating singles.
