Thanks for the clarifications :)
I played this game on my stream. I hope it is ok to share the link here:

Great game! Concise and yet engaging. I also love the balance of hope and doom in the theme of "no hope for us but life might get a second chance somewhere else".
I played 4 times so far, and failed to save the universe in all of them 馃槄
I do have some questions about the rules:
1) Do I need to scan and resolve the starting point (sector 1)?
2) If a space-port and a colony are in the same sector, can I choose which one to resolve first? Or is there an order?
2) When I gain a Power Point, can I alocate it right away or do I have to wait for the next Set Power phase?
I played this game on my stream and had a lot of fun (even though I was realy unlucky in the rolls).
But I have a few questions about the rules:
1 - The omega-drive adds 2 attacks and 2 moves to the regular attack/move (making it 3 attacks and 3 moves in total) or does the omega-drive replaces the regular attack/move?
2 - Does the mecha need to dock between sectors and launch again at the beginning of the next sector? Or every position stays the same between sectors?
3 - If all enemies in the sector are defeated, do I need to roll an Event before moving to the next sector? As I said, I was really unlucky in my rolls and in one of the sectors, after defeating all opponents, I rolled 1 in the Event table and a new enemy appeared. I started fighting it and a new enemy appeared at the Event again. And in the next round, it happened again. So, even though all the regular enemies were defeated, I was stuck in the sector fighting the extra Event enemies.
