Will there be any plans for double possession contents like Eri and Rin from the v0.5.8 update (I'm assuming that Violet will always be required for the MC to be able to possess), or is that just a one-time gimmick?

Just need a confirmation, are the skippable sexual scenes with the main girls have any direct effect in the main story (even as subtle mentions), or are they separate optional contexts?
I get that their memories are wiped whenever it happens, but just want to confirm that it doesn't leave a mark. I’m curious if there’s anything different if I were to play a clean route or not.
Instead of just having a flat out option for it to be skippable, I personally hope that there would be a catch to it, where using the lighter would skip the chase scene while using something like a knife would make the chase easier but that it would prevent the eye from being obtain. Which should really matter since there are two other places to obtain another eye.
1. That previous reply was referring to lilkidnini‘s original comment.
2. What I was saying is that Chapter 1 is currently a demo and the full Chapter is not even complete yet.
Although I haven't had much of a problem escaping the painting lady, I do agree that there should've been a way to skip the chase all together like how other puzzles and events are skippable. Honestly, I feel like there should've been a way to use the lighter or something on the painting to skip the chase or maybe slow it down to make it more easier to do.
The game isn't actually that long since it is a demo so it would be easier to restart. Don't know about what is causing the save file to get corrupted, but pretty sure it would just take longer to fix that.
Plus, since this game is just a demo, you would still going to have to restart for the other routes and endings.
Other than the number ticket or the bucket which would probably have a purpose in the full release, every other item you mention serves a purpose as another route/path.
The candle is part of a route as a way to skip finding the keys and doing that dark forest area and the valves is way to drain the water instead of having to solve the elevator problem. There are also several other item that have uses too, the only exception are the ticket, the bucket, and the fish.
Assuming that the fireplace puzzle is difficult for you, I doubt that you will understand how to do the potion route and most likely missed the majority of characters in the forest.
Plus, other than the several chases in the game, I don't see any of the mini-games being that difficult and that it's probably the device you're playing on is slow or that it's just you.
Either way, if this is considered to be a hard game for you, then you haven't played many horror RPG games.
That's a bit disappointing, was hoping for something more specific to avoid the chase, such as using something on the painting to prevent or slow down the chase drastically.
I get that some minigames have the option to skip, but I feel like there could be some alternative way to skip it instead of having a skip button.
Edit/PS:
Especially when there is actually an option in-game where you can use the knife or lighter on the painting, however for some reason it just triggers the same chase but does not give you the eye.
Knowing how there are a total of 3 possible eyes to get, I feel like it the lighter would let the player skip the chase while the knife could do something unique and that taking the eye is just the regular option.
Not sure if you already figured it out, but there are 2 ways to get through the fuse puzzle (and also ~1 more route where you can just ignore the fuse part with the valves).
One straightforward setup would be that you would need to remove the fuses from the doors and/or lights to activate the elevator while the other way is that you can find the required fuses hidden around the area. I won't go into detail in case you don't want to be spoiled.
At first, the signs were confusing at first, but after understanding the pattern it starts to make sense.
Personally, I feel like what would help is a map placed somewhere within the area that can also detect the direction that the signs are pointing while maybe also hinting at the location the signs would trigger, such as the 2 secret locations, daylight gate, and the train station.
Nice, that guide seems to have explained pretty much everything that I've missed; such as the Pentagon Valve, the use of the rainbow potion, the lavender flower location, giving the firefly jar to the girl, about half of the coins, the flat screwdriver, etc.
However, there are a few things that I found that you could add:
1. You would also keep the Bag of Chips after the Forest Maze, and I remember using the chips instead of a bucket of water to get rid of the plant.
2. Although unnecessary, the Square Valve can be used as a Diamond and vice versa. (Seems more obvious than using the Star Valve for the Pentagon slot)
3. In the Painting Lady Room, you could actually use the Lighter or the Knife to burn or stab the painting. Although I would expect it to have prevented the chase scene or made the Painting Lady chase slower/easier, instead it still triggers the same chase but without giving you the eyeball.
+. Although this is likely a bug, I found that you only need at least 1 Jar of Paint to obtain the Sketchbook. Any Jar of Paint (Red, Yellow, Blue) will be taken from the inventory, but the remaining Jar (whether empty or filled with water (or maybe pigment)) will be kept in the inventory.
Also, I haven't tried this yet, but I heard that you could give the "Fish?" from Alba to the Shadow Girl.
Finally, other than the Number 375 ticket (which is probably for the full Chapter 1) and the Fish that I mentioned, what about the Bucket found in the Facility?
Since this comment was ~4 months ago, I'm assuming you already got it or dropped the search. But just in case, the second rune is found during the sign puzzle right before the lamp post puzzle. The hint is to turn both signs that say "Secret" so that it follows a direction, one opens a path for a coin and another for a rune.
Bit late to this but posting just in case.
Without going too in-depth into the stuff you mentioned;
The bloody torture room in the prison area can be accessed by finding a key in the box puzzle room after you solve it (hint: empty shelves).
As for the injured rabbit, you could give it to the "Shadow Girl, since somewhere at the end of the demo, it hinted about giving more small animals to the girl. Not sure what triggers that dialogue/hint, but the outcome just adds more dialogue to the ending, that is unless there are more than 2 animals that I haven't found.
No clue about the Golden Fish (I'm assuming you mean the one at the Shrine), if the Train Station route is assessable in the Demo (I believe it is another way to skip the forest puzzle), or any purpose during the Dream/Nightmare Sequence with the Red Parts.
There are a few other secrets that I've found; although most of them are either another path to skip a puzzle, something that subtly changes the area, or just leads me to a brick wall (such as the "Fish?").
Not sure if this is intentional or if there is a small bug with handling multiple items;
I noticed that the Stone Curse Cure only used 1 of the 3 flowers or unless there is going to be another use for those 2 extra flowers in the full release of Chapter 1.
Another likely bug that I found be for the sketchbook at Miss Knife's house, I assumed that the item requires all three jar of paint for the book to be unsealed, since it took all three paint during my first run. But what I found was that when only having just one or two jar of paint while the other jar is empty or carrying water, it still gives the sketchbook while still keeping the unused jars in the inventory (which I believe is unintentional).
I also have a suggestion about the painting chase, shouldn't stabbing/burning the painting prevent the chase scene or at least slow it down? I assumed that since there are 3 ways to get the eyeballs (two of them are just simple pickup locations), the one from the painting could be avoidable. But the player is forced to interact with the painting lady due to it preventing them from grabbing the item in the cage, which makes burning or stabing the painting pointless due to not getting anything.
Another subtle thing that would be nice to add would be the use of light before the forest scene, where you would have to use one of the three possible items to enter. What I found out during one of my recent runs is that if the player doesn't have a lit candle or firefly lantern in their inventory, it warns them about using the cellphone (which I don't see any drawback). Meanwhile, during my first playthrough of the game, I was confused about when would I be using the cellphone as a light source without knowing that it automatically used the candle that I had in my inventory.
Finally, I also have many other questions that I have wrote down in my note during my multiple playthrough so I can go through it while playing the full version, due to assuming that they are going to be used in the full release (or that I didn't find out the use/purpose for it in the demo).
Such as the #375 Ticket from the Train Station, the empty jar from the Sculptor's House, the "Fish?", etc.
Update:
After looking through the guide by Winger785, most of my questions has been answer, but still have a few others that would likely show up in the full Chapter 1 release.
Unless Chapter 2 is going to still follow Lacie as the playable character, I would like there to be more new accessible locations. The possible branching path that I could think about at the moment is the Train Station.
