Got stuck in the wall by the vending machine right near the end, had to start over. >:(

No apology needed, the game was free. Survival horror also typically requires the player to conserve ammunition, but I made sure to kill everything. I think a good solution would be that if you run out of ammo before or in the cave, the villagers behind locked doors will have more to give you.

Superb! A big step beyond your prior works. Some small nitpicks however: Normal exploring music is too intense in parts when nothing is happening. Also needs ammo in the cave at the bottom of the well, it's easy to run out before then and softlock. I didn't need all the stone stars to solve the second statue puzzle in the manor, is that normal?

Slow burn but oozing with atmosphere, compelling story and a top shelf payoff

Nice vibes, aesthetic. Took a dark turn, wished we got to keep control at the end, not to spoil too much

Items on task list aren't checked off as you do them so I got stuck not knowing which one was unfinished

Every complaint I had is fixed now, it looks beautiful in ultrawide. If you've not already, you might consider borrowing the OutRunners assets to add more content & roadside details. Even as-is, I like this better than Slipstream, and that's high praise. I also second the idea of using Space Harrier sprites in a secret bonus level minigame recreating the Space Harrier arcade levels 1-3. It would look great in this engine but should take a backseat to more logical next updates imo. Well done and congrats on starting a family

LMAO what was that dialogue. Who warns a guy and then runs into the woods laughing dramatically? What did he mean by this? The girlfriend part was realistic though.

Ain't no thing but a chicken wing. Ultrawide early adopters gotta cause problems for devs lol

Cursor doesn't reliably point to where it appears to on 21*9 aspect ratio monitors

Promising! Reminiscent of Pigsaw. Abrupt ending, but of course, it's a Game Jam game. If you build on it, it could do with pain/stagger animations and blood particles for enemies when you shoot them, a reload animation, and generally more realistic human models. That would make it tough to stream, maybe a toggle in the menu between realistic and crash dummy anatomy?

If the only card remaining on the opponent's field is his tower, and it's your turn, and you have a gas can, you should be able to use it on his tower for an alternate, more brutal ending imo. Burning all the red spaces immediately around his tower should also confer some advantage? Early win? Forced second turn? But yeah still awesome stuff, success is largely luck but the part you can control (quality) is already nailed

Why is there a VHS filter? Where did the player get a camcorder from

Superb! You've got a winner on your hands for sure, once a few big streamers catch wind of this.

No, this has the right stuff to blow up. Just promote it more and hang in there, the same people who streamed Buckshot Roulette should love this.

Functional game, if barebones. Everything works, can't complain.

Game does not launch, it just opens the folder (using the itch.io desktop app)

What the fuck was that? That fucking sucked. Why two different skeleton assets? Why is one of them double cheeked up? Aint no need for that much dumpy on a bone boi. Where was he going with all that ass? The afterlife? What even was this game? Long loading, walk around, enter cave, find spike pit, ending? What story was conveyed? Did babies make this? Did chimps make this? Did baby chimps make this?

Where is episode 2?

Nice mechanics, more steps to cooking than (for example) Happy's Hungry Burger Farm. But the ending is nonsequitorial and unfulfilling.

Cringe but charming and memorable. Why does a single woman in the 80s/90s live in a Victorian mansion thoughbeit?

Seemingly inspired heavily by Skinamarink, which I hated for wasting my time. But mechanically and visually, this is well made.

ohhh nooo le spooky jumpscare. Cool concept until then thoughbeit

Hangs on loading

I only recently learned you also made Space Funeral. I thought my opinion of your talent couldn't get any higher. You are one of the rare creative geniuses which enter into this world every half-century or so. I'm appreciative to be around for it.

Upon returning from the Shroom Zone, I'm stuck in an invisible box.

A screamer? Really? After such a promising set up? -_-;

Left click on filing cabinet indicated by arrow, no reaction. Doesn't open, nothing happens except blue arrow vanishes.

I made it to the roof and a million zombies killed me. Is that the punchline, or is there more to the game?

I softlocked by getting stuck on the rear corner of the car when it was parked in front of the Chinese restaurant

Could not figure out how to "sintonize radio"

Neat premise, got nowhere though

Could not get past spikes with raised platform I couldn't jump high enough to get onto

"Igor, I caught another with face on it. I throw back, da?"
"Nyet, Svetlana, my sturdy wife. Tonight, we consume this sea devil"

Damn good for a first game!

How could you?

Some slightly awkward english, but solid mechanics, good presentation, I was impressed. I didn't feel my time was wasted and had some fun with this.

Superb, I was entranced throughout. Would appreciate 21*9 aspect ratio support however, and a higher resolution mode so I can tell what I'm looking at more reliably.

Merch when? BB stuffie WHEN??
