Patrons get the next update for being a supporter, so right now they have the 2.0 update. When 2.1 releases for Patreon supporters, here in Itch.io, we'll get the 2.0 update free.  Patreon supporters just get early access to the newest update, and we have to wait for it to drop. You won't have to pay for the update when it's available on Itch.io.

the game is by Night Fox Works. Hopefully if you haven't found it already, that should help you. Should also make it quicker if you know how to go to people's profile from editing a URL instead of searching for them.

laptop brands don't exactly matter, dude.  While I can agree in some capacity your laptop has terrible specs compared to modern PCs now, but you're laptop isn't the worst out there. I've seen much worse to the point a literal potato runs better.

The file is on MediaFire for the people who downloaded the itch.io version, and I assume the same for Patreon. So what site did you get game from that directed you to Mega?

Under the "---Some Notes---" section of the description, it says "An Android version of the game is planned in the future."

You should be fine. The files the game reads aren't redownloaded. The game reads a certain directory elsewhere which your progress, money, etc should be left untouched. 

hey dude... that's what updating means.  It means to bring the game to a more "up-to-date" version.

I'm late, but I got this too a while back on Version 1.4 I believe. I fell through the map by the bar though, so in theory you can do it anywhere. I know what you're talking about though and I dunno how to recreate it.

i got a thing where I fell through the map, and Type-0 showed up on my screen with a wall of red text in what appeared to be Japanese. I have no idea how to recreate this or if you're referencing to that, but it unnerved me. All I did prior was grab milk for Marie ;-; 

check your antivirus. It sounds like most antiviruses false-flag the files as a threat and refuse to download them.

as Alexthegamer321 said before, the game does everything you're curious about by itself. Your data is saved in a separate file in a different location than the game itself. the game will always read that data, so no need to mess with your saved data.

put it in a google drive file and send i guess?

not normal. Try redownloading the game or see if your drivers need updates.

when Patreon users get version 2.0

there's a ton of Early Access games on Steam, so it could be added under Early Access so people can play the game in the current state, and update the game with new content as time goes on. Doesn't have to be finished, just in a playable state.

If you're talking like in the post-shift summary where you see how much money you got, and it totals down to 3k at the very bottom, then  simply put, the amount shown up there is the total amount of money you have altogether, meaning you only got 2k for the shift, not 3k.
