You can absolutely play DX11 games in Wine with DXVK. Just use Bottles so you reduce the amount of manual setup you have to do and thus the amount of stuff that can go wrong - create a Bottle, use any version of Wine you want (IIRC Soda is their protonized version with additional features ported over from Valve’s proton), enable DXVK, have fun.

This is not a PSX game. It’s a PC game with a PSX aesthetic.

It’s an outright Game Boy rom that runs on an actual Game Boy. It already supports a gamepad - the gameboy’s controls.
