Good concept, like a Portal or something like this. I like voices you make, but sometimes a can' hear it properly.

Yeah we known about our idea. When I think about the jam theme, I just get the point about "You can rewind not only time, you can rewind anything you want!" And I wanna rewind the bullets :)
This is really easy to play, if you play Quake like games before. And yep, this is a little bit hardcore game.

Yeah we known about this problems with enemy collider, but really tired after all and forgot fix it :(

About screen blur, this is an indicator that you are close to death. Yeah maybe it makes you see worse, but that's the point of this feature :)

About aim and healthbar, this is small hardcore feature and this support minimalistic design.
