I have watched your video and you make some good points. It does lacks features. Different types and gender of waiters, security, fights etc. Unfortunately, I was working alone on the game and had limited time, so I couldn't implement everything I wanted.
Also, unfortunately, you missed a simple yet important feature introduced in the tutorial: you can move the camera around using the arrow keys on your keyboard :)
