Hi, I was wondering how you made the letter in the game（13 seconds in the second video）. You press e and then read, and the message pops up. How is this letter made? I'd appreciate it if you could teach me. (I'm not asking how to turn an object into an interactive object, I'm asking why you can jump out of a letter after interacting with it.)

This rule does this. When you finish your game. Click "edit game", then click "more" and select "admins" from the drop-down list. Enter https://horror-hatch.itch.io/ in the box for the URL. You'll end up with a link to your game, which you'll need to fill out when you submit your game.
