It most definitely needs a target reticle, and feedback, like index fingers “glow”. Portal and all other games have this, so it’s most definitely essential. I can’t express how frustrated I was!
There should be a target in the middle of the screen, and some indicator you are on target tile, like the hands glow or something. I was looking ahead, thinking it would raytrace to the centre tile ahead of me on the floor!
