We just feel the need to add, we've written to friends much more about how happy this game made us. There are few stories we've connected with so deeply. This is a short game but it is so full of compassion and it makes us go "hey that's us, we see ourselves, the world we long for and strive to create, so clearly reflected here". We're so happy we came across this game, and just feel so grateful it exists. Yeah! We're apprehensive writing a second comment lest we come off ~weird~, but we just feel _that happy_ to have played this. Wishing all the best <3

♥ This was very, very, _very_ lovely and made us cry quite a bit. It ... resonates wif everything  everyfen we stand for, everyfen we long for, everyfen we believe in, everyfen we are. Playing as a little fox, community, compassion, queer diverse joy. Just. Happy. Happy critters all around. Loved meeting every being in the game, so much. just. very happy game yesyesyes. Mraaaah.

Hi! <3 Came across the book on friends' recommendation. Bought it because, honestly, it sounds really heccing amazing. The fact that this is a life's worth of work, sounds fascinating, something we would like to immerse ourselves in, and ... also just, kind of inspiring and hopful.

Uhm. That said. Don't want to be bothersome or ask for any work to be done on our behalf, but would it be possible and easy to export this as an ePub, and also without the margins? The margins are super pretty. Like, sincerely. They were the first thing that caught our eyes when we opened the book. But we tend to read mostly on our phone, so this would make things more comfortable, especially when holding the phone vertically.

Is there a way to make baba less hyperactive? :o

Got a 96! Also sincerely learnt a thing or two about keeping rhythm.

arosithien this. this was. oh gosh. this was so precious and. and cute and. adorable and. ohgosh... ;w; so. so precious.

Hey <3 We realise this is an old project but we found a bug. Unsure if it's pico-8 or the cartridge itself.

Spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to do an animation and noticed a strange behaviour:

cls()

print(abs(-3)) --            3

print(5*abs(-3)) --       -3

print(5*abs(-3*1)) --   15

Anyway, this was delightful to try out <3

This was a delightful and clever game! First run was very tough. We were barely holding on, as we had nine enemies on the board. Got lucky and was able to claim a card to destroy all enemies, and managed to accumulate enough mana for it. Second run went much smoother!

lol 69. But also god damn. Our human and us spent about 2 hours on the last chamber and, got about eight layers deep! Managed to isolate a few mines. But a few tired mistakes and we were done.

Hi! This doesn't quite count as a bug, but there is a hardlock on the first level in which you can collect gems. Near the bottom rightmost section of the level, you can fall to a section with no way to climb back out. It's not a big issue for a short game but I thought I'd let you know :3
