Im Nion, and after many projects I decided to start a project on my own. Im Coding, Designing and animating everything by myself, and i guess doing the music aswell is kinda overkill :D. So here is my request. I have an almost finished phone game which i want to publish on the playstore. The only thing i need is some background music. What can you get out of it? I can link you inside the app and its a good way for a quick project for your portfolio :) The music schould be kind of chill because the game is about relaxing, chill and mixing colors. About me:

I'm nion, a small game developer from germany, and over the course of the last 5 years, i gathered some  experience in making games. Im currently studying Game Engineering and im looking for an artist to make a little game with ;) If you want to see some of the stuff i made, contact me and i can sent you some pictures/games!

Basic Infos:

So im really open as for what the game (concept) will be, but i'd like to keep it as simple as possible. Watch this game (BATTLLOON) and take it as a reference. If we make it to a sufficient state, we can publish the game in playstore, and it should be a pvp game for up to 4 players. Oh and i forgot to mention, i'd like it to be a phone game.

Game Genres:

Action, PvP, Fighting, 2D,  Multiplayer, COOP

More Game Details:

The game will be an online multiplayer coop on Play store, and ill be using unity photon networking, meaning that we can get a server with around 10 free player slots at all times. If our game looks good, we can either make a kickstarter and get some money for more players, or get some money for the server with unity adds. All in all it should be a quick fun game for up to 4 players. Again, the Gameconcept should be as easy as possible, we can discuss it later on in private.

What Programs do you work with?

Im currently working with Unity and we could use unity Collab as a cloud for our project :) You dont know what that is? No problem, i can guide you through, its really easy!

What Style will the Game be?

Thats completely up to you! It could be Vector Art, Pixel Art or even a more cartoonish style. All your choice ^^

How many People are in this Project?

Based on my experience i know that smaller teams are much easier to handly then bigger ones. Organizing and stuff can be such a headache. Thats why i'd like to be the only coder, im searching for one single artist and if needed we can get a composer aswell :)

What I expect you to have:

You should have more or less 3-4 hours of work time a week, because I already experienced many Game Projects dying because of laziness or lack of time. I hope you can understand that! Other then that, you should have fun doing what you do! Otherwise it wouldnt make any sense. It doesnt matter if you are experienced or not. Just tag along and see how it goes :)

What I can give to you:

It is a hobby project, so IF we finish it, id like to publish it on the Google Play Store, and maybe we can insert adds and make some money with it  :) This Project can be a great Portfolio for the future, and it doesnt hurt to help!

What exactly am I looking for?

At the moment, Im searching a 2D Artist who could make the basic graphics for the Game.

Im currently working with unity as it is the most suitable programm for android apps in my opinion. I have some experience with the programm, so i can help you out if you want to install it aswell. You are free too choose the programms you like :)

So, as im just the coder, i would like to let the artist decide the style. :P

I dont want it to be a large group project, because i have some bad experiences with it. I want it to be a little game in a little group.

Hey there!

Im a programmer, worked on 4 projects already, looking for a little team with one artist and 1 Composer to team up for a mobile game. Ill be working on Unity, you dont have to download it tho, i can put in everything inside and sent you the versions in the worst case. I am part of a small developer team, which is currenty working on a project called Yami [All of us are doing it as a hobby!]

Here a little sketch :)

Basic Infos:

So we had an idea for a Game. Its Name is Yami (japanese = Darkness) and the story has much to do with it, althought i dont want to talk about the story too much in here. We already have a working lobby, aswell as basic player movements, so we already are able to play together (Coop). We are still in the begining phase, so you didnt miss anything!

More Game Details:

So our Game will have similarities with the Game "Dead Cells". It will be coop with 2 players, so it will have enemys and maybe bosses which you will have to defeat for special rewards. But in the first place, it will be a jump and run platformer with enemys and puzzles, which you have to solve with the help of your friend :) There will be many weapons etc. Also, there may be superpowers given to the characters, like fireballs etc. , we are still not sure about that! If possible we want to create a nice Atmosphere while playing the game, by using different light features and shaders in Unity aswell as some ambient music which we will add at the end.

What Programs do you work with?

We are currently working with Unity, and we would use Github as a repository. You dont know what that is? No problem! One of our programmers already wrote a tutorial for all new members :) Also you dont have to download Unity if you dont want to, we can always find a solution!

What Style will the Game be?

It somehow should resemble a cartoon. Watch some examples on youtube, like (ori and the blind forest or) dead cells. And you have to try to fit with the style of the other artists! Other then that your free to chose! ^^

How many People are in this Project?

So as of now, we consist of 3 Programers [Me for the multiplayer, another coder for the player behaviour and another one for the level functions and maps] aswell as 1 Writer [Working on a small basic story line] and 2  Artists [One is working on the UI and one is working on the map]. Our ages are from 18-28, so feel free to join us, your age doesnt matter!

What exactly are we looking for?

At the moment, we are searching for a Character animator for the enemys and for the player. You should try to mach the cartoonish style in the sketch above, or at least make it somehow cartoonish.
