-many asset packs of 3d and texture content already released and still being actively updated with more and more new material like imminent updates to the TACC2018 pack (massively overhauled by the end of this event - or at least I am really trying to have that done by 10pm on June 16) and the most recent released texture set from 2022 which I also aim to have updated within the next 10 hours, both collections with a growing volume of positive reviews and feedback I hope will only increase after this sale.
-more 3d and texture asset packs in active development most of which I intend to release finally over the course of this summer.
-game preorders essentially, indie gamedev projects of various types all in the works. Watch in particular for the release of Astounding Worlds and Crowdsourced Adventure around end of this summer with other long term gamedev projects mostly releasing over the following 6-7 months. As usual there are costs involved, it took months of Etsy sales just to cover the cost of physically building the last handful of miniature setups for Vivid Minigolf, and Miniature Multiverse. Those are physically built, photographed but I expect the integration of all that will be another 2 or 3 months work. Would love to see this all play out by February 2025 and especially love the potential for all these games to just be a starting point. About half my game projects are clearly open to ongoing expansion over time but this depends heavily on some modest success out of the gate.
Spent to date on game development in all: $2750 roughly and 3000+ hours work unpaid.
Remaining needed to launch all of the planned material adequately: $1600 and 1200 estimated hours work.
I am nearly there on a ton of stuff. Just got to keep pushing forward.
If you all are able to propel this sale into a big thing that would be *amazing* - but it means buyers and also buyer who take a moment to post reviews, star ratings, comments and similar feedback. Or who share news of this happening somewhere, anywhere.
Note again, if you have no cash to spend here (not even the tiny amount needed to obtain the full bundle) you do have another option. See crowdsourcedadventure.com and in particular the 'help' page. People who share image links on social media or forums, and let me know they did so, will randomly get a digital asset pack from here (or) a papercraft design kit PDF from my Etsy shop, or, even, possibly, an Amazon.com gift code of $1 to $5 value. I know that is a spending of a limited budget but if that promotional effort works, it could make up for it by end of summer as the first two game projects become widely accessible.
My ideal sales target for this one big day of activity: $250.00. That may be unrealistic but if I attain even a fraction of that target it'd be awesome and immensely encouraging.
That $250 aim is enough to guarantee a viable launch of BOTH Crowdsourced Adventure and Astounding Worlds before the end of the summer. It also will be enough to do all that and ensure all so far unreleased asset packs see at least some sort of partial release with a first set of material, by that time and that all existing 3d packs see at least a few new items each.
As in 600+ more 3d and texture assets this summer plus a first wave of game releases? I will do everything I can to make that happen with or without public support here but I am hoping you will latch onto the potential of this and support this in some capacity - buying the bundle, posting reviews or comments, etc. Or just sharing the news of what I am doing here on social media, etc.
