Entertainment is the language before language, it was designed to reach a part of human nature that the greedy and paranoid have long feared and coveted in equal amounts.
We understand it's everything to keep your head together right now. Entertainment is more than just a distraction, but an inspiration to people to see their own life and struggles through the lens of a story told by complete strangers.
It's with this power we remind one another that we are not alone, our struggles do not need to be in isolation, and the future will remain as it has always been; Unwritten, and in ALL of our hands.
People need stories and entertainment, not to escape from the world, but to return to it with more than they knew they had going in.
Money is nice, but it no longer makes the world turn the same way it used to. Pay what you can, when you can, if you can. And if you can't, then do good for strangers for no personal gain. I think we're all going to need to get better at that in the days coming up.
