This is a game I promised my self I'd finish. After 10 years of not finishing a single personal game project, I decided enough is enough!

I started with few basic game pillars:

-you're a slime Harry! (I'm a what?!)
-slimes have powers
-you can combine elements (spawns from your powers)
-you're one great climber
-you're silent

Here's a snippet from the GDD:

Player feelings

  • Like a juggler, brewer and architect when combining elements mid air
  • Like a pro climber when climbing
  • Unease when I see my arrow’s gem count go down (hp = gem count, stamina = hp*2)
  • The risk of getting health back by throwing pebble at thorns, getting the gum and jumping out of the harm’s way

I hope my little talk got you interested enough to try this little mess I made because I feel I'm on to something good here.
