Hi there! If I had to describe my thoughts with one sentence, it would be: "The game has a quite good story and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend it."
Now, before going into further details I would like to thank the developers and everyone else involved. Specially for including this game in the Racial Justice and Equality bundle, which has brought me this hidden gem. Thank you very much.
Moving into further detail, the story is definitely not groundbreaking, but it's really good and I loved it. it doesn't get boring thanks to its little twists here and there.
The art is really good, although some characters are a bit short on sprites. A few more sprites would be nice to properly express the feelings of the characters throughout the story. Also, some more CG scenes would be nice too, because of the fact this is an Indie game I think you did a really good job there.
In the music aspect happens the same. The OST is good but a bit short.
When it comes to the interface and control settings, there are some things that should be fixed/improved:
- There are hotkeys to move back and forth between dialogues, which is nice. However, I would really appreciate a hotkey to bring up the text log. I'm not much experienced when it comes to VNs, but the few I have played before this one had a text log rather than using keys to navigate between dialogues.
- The descriptions of some items in the gallery are a bit spoily (they make reference to events that happen later in the story when you obtain them, like Marina's camera). It's not a big deal though.
Despite those few problems, the interface is still fine.
Finally, I have to emphasize that I really enjoyed the game. I'm looking forward to play the DLC, which I plan to buy pretty soon.
