Hi, I've report the same problem about a month ago, but the old post are gone, so I have to post it again, hope you don't mind. Just give it a try , the game seems functional at first time ( the first time I successfully run this version BTW. Great to see many new stuffs ). I then quit and restart the game and it won't pass 1%, if I click the mouse Windows will give the popup state the game is not responding. Looks like I still can't play it whenever I want unfortunately. My specs are Intel Xeon 1230v2, Nvidia Geforce1050Ti.
