In the speedruns i see people doing a ketamine shot right at the start and taking the car and they are in the chum bucket before they run out of ketamine but when i try i only get half way. Is there a key to go faster? Shift doesnt seem to work.

Press 1 when you have ketamine equipped  on you, overdosing also accelerates you. If this is not the answer you're looking for then idk

I just realized that normally, it does accelerate, but the reason it doesn't is because of the power of your computer. I tried this game on my computer with an I3 and 8gb Ram, and it didn't accelerate, but when I try it on my brother's computer that has a Ryzen 5 and 16gb Ram, it worked fine.
