hi, I recently downloaded the app and it worked fine when it comes to capturing the original file but whenever I try to interoperate the image or render into output video, the program crashes. I tried playing with the settings based on the thread I've read but nothing seems to work. I attached a screenshot of the error I keep I receiving.
