I am running an ultra wide monitor  LG ULTRAWIDE  at  2560x1080  LANDSCAPE, W10 64bit, and I can not see the menus and drums

Do you have one or two screens?

What happens if you do Alt + Enter?

We did a lot of testing with Mark, and this bug is fixed in the next version which will be released very soon!
