Is it even possible to beat the biker in a race to the bake sale stand in the financial district? I've tried a few dozen times now and haven't succeeded once. Is there an upgrade I'm missing? I saw in the controls a 'surf' ability, and I never found it. Is that what I'm missing? How do I get it regardless? Is it supposed to be something that Rob sells? or is something he said supposed to hint at where it is? Is it just unimplemented but in the menu? Is beating the biker unimplemented too? Sorry about all the questions, I've never been good at being brief. 

Not in this patch. I keep meaning to change it, but I nerfed the player slide dash a while back and it's unwinnable at the moment. The Surf thing isn't in the game yet.

Beating the biker is implemented, but you just get a little speedometer in the top left corner. I think Rob also sells it in his shop.
