I am not able to make a game in the time mentioned. I am not ambitious on these games and it is still not done. Even If I spend 8 hours, it is not done. If I were to host a Game Jam, It would be at-least a month.

There are alot of Jams with much more time. Personaly i think 9 days id already pretty long and exactly long enough for me.
If you have not enough time you can make a simpler game, or join a jam with more time.
