i know how to make crude bread. but i dont know how to get rid of the weeds.
and how to get more cereal crops?

Use a shovel on weeds. Then use Fertiliser to keep them away.

Then you can till the fertilized soil with a hoe to make better cereal. (I think it grows faster then.)
to get more cereal crops you need to put your cereal through the cereal seeder/cereal thresher to get multiple seeds which can be planted.
