The game has a full mac port on steam but the port isnt uploaded on itch? Is there a reason for this?

Oooh... if that is the case I'd also like  to know why. I saw a Let's Play of this game a few months ago and liked it very much, so I tried buying it here but no option. Since I never use Steam I can't.
Will there ever be a Mac version here at itch.io?
