the ass eater perk is (as much as i know) only for the New lupa interaction that is avaiable in 4th world map, the map info when you hover over it will be "forest, beast, werewolf, blonde" by the level of the awareness or whatever it is next to stealth, and if you have ass eater perk at lvl 5 or higher, when you choose the 2nd option (i think) to eat her ass, she will be satisfied with it and wont mate with you, (also if you dont spot her with 3rd awareness level next to the stealth level, and observation skills, she will jump you and make you suck her dick)
