5 (6 if you just count normal rupees), those endings being Betrayal, Credit, Bad, Friendship if you are only not getting normal rupees, Monke, and Relax, the rest require a morshburger, the gun, weed, or just rupees

Civilization = Comfort (How many endings can you get without going to the forest)

14 without going to the forest in general. 16 if you don't go deeper in the forest. those endings being All 3 Morshu item endings, Discord Mod, Credit, all 3 shop endings, Weed, All 3 sus town endings, Robbery, and Backroom. If you allow going into the base forest, Mystery and Friendship are both possible too

14 without encountering any type of Morshu, 15 if you only count your dimensions Morshu. Endings are Mystery, all 3 Monke endings, Discord mod, Relax, Crab king, Fun Fun Fun, all 3 sus town endings, Backroom, Edited (or Final), and Chaos, Cursed too if you only count your dimension's morshu
