When trying to log in with github its spams the modal to open github so the user can never actually use it.

This might be a bit tricky because Mitch is supposed to handle only itch.io links, and everything else is delegated to the web browser. But I guess I could make an exception for github.com/login/oauth, that shouldn’t hurt too badly.

I think this is also an issue with the github app itself whenever an oauth is opened so there's not that much that you can do to fix it entirely.

You mean the GitHub mobile app? I don’t have it installed, but as far as I know it shouldn’t be different from opening GitHub in a web browser.

It’s just that in Mitch, I have to make sure to NOT redirect to any third party app while doing the github login process. I implemented this yesterday but I want to add a few more features before I release an update.
