Speaking of How do I...? How do I add bots to a storage?
Bots have their own "Worker Storage". You'll need one for each bot type

Never mind, I found it.
How do I do research?
The only researchable thing at the moment is Weeds. When you pick one up it will start research. Then you need to put weeds into a Bash Research Station.
