Maybe you can add a sandbox mode, where you can place building without requiring materials, anything that crafts has a button to produce, if you want to produce without using materials, and teleportation, enabling you to go great distances, without the need of waiting awhile. Of course, the teleportation is optional, because who wouldn't be patient? (Basically double click on where you want to teleport to.)
