plasma from cuts glows blue and max chipped voxels are 2 but it freezes the area around the cut  and the sword cuts that easily. frozen limbs get stuck in the pose they are and stop working. when the head freezes the robot dies. Frozen voxels dont glow and mark 5 ice robots would be a thing.
