Hello i know this is wierd but I need help.
I spend all my time to developing the game mechanics and programming. I need a teammate who helps me to find the suitable
candidates to join the devteam of the game.
- Will search the forum pages and contact with suitable talents and make the first interview.
-Will search new channels to use
-Will help to develop a culture to hire new members
-will give feedbacks from the interviews. Why the talent decide to join or not. This will help us to get better.
- If needed manages the social media channels of the game.
