Check that you completed every mission here (i forgot everyone's names in this game): level up the knightuntill she beats you once, give the money to the shopkeeper, check up on the queen once and complete the mission she gives you (the priest mission). If you did all of that and still can't continue then yes, you need to restart
oh hey man you don't need to bother responding to this but I already completed the game.well of course I already started a save file again but the bug that happened to me maybe happened to people so that's why I was asking for a suggestion but thank for responding and reading if you can and stay safe
