Hello everyone! I just wanted to update you all on how the project is going! I am planning on making a new devlog each week just updating you on the project and what is currently being worked on. Right now we are working on our second demo! This will be more than one level this time! Yay! The plan is to give you a few levels to explore and play around in to see what you think! We are also fixing various aspects of the game based on your comments from the first demo. Have something that you feel would be better fixed? Now is your chance to let us know! We are planning to release this second demo on August 31st! 

This week I have worked a lot on the level design of these demo levels. I think that they have turned out nicely and are looking good! Hopefully more enemies will be programmed soon and we can those guys living in the levels. Check out the images and see what you think!

I am currently working on the save and load system. One thing we want to do is have the game save some random aspects. One of those things are the fruits you collect that increase your stats. To increase replay value we wanted to make some of the fruits random each time you play. This way the fruits will be in the same places but won't be the same fruits each time you play. I really want to make customizing your character a main aspect of the game and I think it will be fun to encourage you to play different each time.

-Fixed broken treasures and gift sequences.

-Fixed Seaside Boss so that player stats are accurate.
