I definitely think sub minute is possible if I cleaned up a few glizzard hops and hit the smith clip.
I have already achieved sub 1m with a completely different strat and very suboptimal movement. Sub 45s almost definitely possible.
Currently grinding speedruns with ArcaPhox's strat, down to a high 59 rn, will update if I get WR

I managed to streamline it down to a 49.05 using some of the movement picked up from MacAntonio, linked below for reference. Forgive the pretentiousness.
