Exagear seems to be something that was hard to find 2 years ago, would not be available through any basic routes, and may need a rooted device. It is one several forms of virtual machine that I've seen.
I think there was also a way to run a Linux virtual machine on Android, but I haven't tried it.
It used to be that Newgrounds had an old buggy version, not sure if that still works.
Either way, unless you have a larger screen and a stylus Strive will be impossible to play as the interface is not designed for small touch screens.
