The Ctrl-R shortcut was an oversight, and it has been removed for the next release [edit] v0.31
Do note that autosave currently only has an effect when the file has been at saved least once before (it won’t save drafts to prevent you from getting spammed with save prompts). I’m looking to improve that in a future version.
