Whenever I open it it says 4 dll files are missing (MSVCP140.dll, VCRUNTIME140.dll twice, and VCRUNTIME140_1.dll) I also have tried extracting and running without windows defender on at all and there are no other anti viruses. it also matches my system type. I am on windows 10 x64

Make sure to download the Visual Studio C++ 2019 redistributable! I was having this issue, then I noticed that it needed to be downloaded, and as soon as it was done and my computer restarted it worked perfectly.

Installing the redistributable should fix that yeah, Oneshot presumably doesn't have it locally deployed and expects people to already have it installed. Afaik if you're running Windows 10 then it's a component that's usually installed automatically as a recommended update.
