I think it would be an interesting addition to the game, mostly for hiro's appearance.

I'm not sure if the developers have plans to put those options in the creation menu in the future, but I think it would be pretty cool.

while i think it might be going against the sprit of the game, I'm always down for more customizing  

I'd love a more well endowed feminine character. I'd make the game more fun for me personally. I feel like it would make the game even more replayable to play with effects your member will have on the world if it were of a bigger size.
