I bought this on Steam, but had to have it refunded because I can't make it launch.

(Win10 64, already tried reinstalling XNA 4.0 redistributables, MS Visual C++ 32 and 64 bit redistributables, running from folder, running as admin, disabled anitivirus, reboots).

If there was some version of this that can prove that the itch.io build can run on my PC, I'll want that version.

I have the same OS as you and it's running just fine on Steam.

The Itch version is identical to the Steam version, just minus the Steam DRM and Achievements.

An alternative thing to try is the OpenGL branch - I've heard some people just have better luck with it than the XNA one. Sorry it's been giving you troubles :(
