When Fighting the Lost Hunter, She's having a break dance or epilepsy before strike me with excessive blows and also when channeling echoes to doll, for some reason on upgrade menu. My character is wasting ammo and also attacking when I press up or down and lastly. The game can't support gamepad, I manually emulated my gamepad to the game.

The game does support gamepad, but only Xbox-based pads by default. Steam big picture or DS4Windows should function as a middleman without needing to change any settings though.

Voice and SFX audio can cut out completely either at the start of the game or n between loading screens. No fix yet, help if  you have an idea.

Youre probably having those "ammo waste" and attacks because youre emulating a controller and that brings more issues.

Im having none of these besides the break dance

No, what I'm saying is the "Ammo waste" bug is I'm giving my echoes to Doll then If I press up or down, keyboard or gamepad. My character is standing still in "A" Position and the gun itself shoots when pressing down button and up attacks the right hand weapon. Also I'm using JoytoKey because the controller doesn't support game so I made manually mapped the controls by myself.

When fighting Cleric beast if you switch targets with LT/RT the target reticule points to the right of the boss instead of the head. Gun shots are targeted at the head still but Cleric beast takes no damage. Damage is still stored and when you changing the reticule back to the main body, any hit/shot will immediately do the all the damage that was ignored while aiming at the head.

Quick video showing it in action.
