Set towards the end of the Sengoku Jidai, Project Land of Whirling Springs (Working Title) is an ORPG and Slice-of-Life game that explores the emergence of the Shinobi Organisational System and Samurai Junta amidst the reshuffling of power within the fictional Land of Whirling Springs.
Immersion · Combining both action adventure and simulation elements, Project LOWS boasts a field of roleplay that is both deeply immersive and energising. Where traditional RPGs simply give the player a prefabricated world and character, LOWS, instead, gives the player the ability to create, develop and age their own character and live the life of their choosing. Feeling like moulding your character into a Shinobi who captures a Bijū and forms their own Shinobi Village in the hotspring filled region of the Land of Whirling Springs? Go ahead, the Land is your book and your character is your pen.
Story · Story is at the core of LOWS. We are dedicated to enabling immersive and fun story arcs that challenge and develop a character's emotions, personality, power and status in the Land of Whirling Springs. Spontaneity and player freedom is at the core of what we do so expect an ever-changing Land and a myriad of opportunities for your character to grow.
Community · Every aspect of LOWS is driven by its members. We firmly believe in a liberal environment that welcomes ideas, challenges to existing systems, story arc suggestions and innovation on all fronts. We enforce the inclusion of all members and push our community to not only aid in building the Land of Whirling Springs, but also developing the stories of its inhabitants.

What We Are Seeking
All required art for LOWS is finished. However, after being failed by several programmers, we are now seeking a new Programmer to come on board and get the game off the floor. To ensure motivation, consistency and an actual finished product, this position will be Paid.
Currently, we do not have a selected Engine. As such, we are happy to go with any Engine you prefer, but it must be able to enable multiplayer and easy integration of ORPG elements such as Crafting, NPC Dialogues, Inventory and so on. For instance, the uMMORPG 2D Remastered is a near-perfect template.
Familiarity with Naruto and Anime is a big plus. Lastly, Pixel Artists and Concept Artist are very welcome to join us on similar terms.
