So I played today IRule, 3rd loop, where I used Crispy Baby and Blue Candle. Then used Blue Candle on a collumn with Crispy Babies and I found out, that makes them blue and deal more damage, like by using Power Pills on them.

yeah I found that while playing as well, made me have a perfect synergy that let me advance forever, I stopped at the forth loop cause I got bored, I had harlequin baby, paschal candle, multidimensional baby, tooth and nail(very important), sanguine bond and frosty mint(also very important) and then other random items I got and the blue candle
