Hi!

I'm a long time writer and first time game dev looking to get started on itch.io. For Nanoreno, I've outlined a simple but emotional VN about what happens after you get bitten by a vampire -- making the decision whether to sacrifice your eternal soul or give up your mortal life.  It's going to be short, taking place over the course of only three days, but it will have a branching storyline with multiple endings.

I'm planning on writing in Ren'Py, so I'm ideally looking for an artist, a sound designer, and a programmer.

Please reply to this thread or reach out to me on discord if this sounds like something you'd be interested in!

Hello! I am a composer and sound designer (also new to game jams!) I'm interested in joining your team. I have some of my music posted online on sc https://soundcloud.com/m_a_i_k_u , I do have some prior experience working on a fan game as well. Let me know if you would like any additional resources from me or if there is anything else I can help with. Thanks for the consideration!

hello! i'm an artist, and i think your idea is interesting! i would love to join your team, if you haven't got an artist already. examples of my work are on my carrd (https://daintydustfell.carrd.co/). i don't have a lot of experience with vns or jams (if that's alright, of course), but i think as a first try this would be fun!

hi! i'm a programmer interested in joining your team if there is still the need for one. this would be my first vn jam but i've participated in game jams and hackathons before so i have a lil experience in terms of the format and the pressure. i haven't programmed using ren'py before but i should be able to pick it up quickly.  thanks!

That's awesome! I don't really have that much experience either, so it will be a cool learning experience for all of us.
